Who controls the data

The website owner and data controller is Davide Biasuzzi. For any privacy-related question, you can write to info@davidebiasuzzi.dev.

When you contact me

When you submit the form, your name, email address, company, timeframe, and message are transmitted through Vercel's infrastructure and Brevo's email delivery service so that I can receive and respond to your request. The website does not store this data in its own database.

The message remains in my inbox and may be kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent relationship. You can also choose to email me directly without using the form.

Theme, language, and local storage

If you choose the light or dark theme, your preference is saved in your browser's localStorage using the key db-theme. It remains on your device, does not identify you, and can be removed by clearing the website data from your browser.

Cookies and measurement

The website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure visited pages, referrers, approximate geographic area, device, operating system, and browser in aggregate. According to the provider's documentation, the service does not use cookies, does not associate data with a person or IP address, and does not identify visitors across websites or different days. Measurement data is transmitted to Vercel; no custom events are collected. Therefore, no cookie banner is shown.

Some pages link to projects, social profiles, and other websites. When you open them, data processing depends on the external service and its privacy policy.
